The brand has undergone a second, thoughtful iteration – a refinement of what already worked. A new colour palette has been introduced, the typography updated for clarity and character, and a new seal and graphic elements developed to enhance recognition. The visual language now resonates more strongly with the products themselves – referencing the tactile quality of wood, with precision in detail and a natural simplicity that reflects both material and craft.

The site has been migrated from WordPress to a modern e-commerce platform built on Storyblok CMS and Geins e-commerce – a flexible, scalable structure that enables seamless handling of both content and product catalogue.

Customer journey

The site is intuitive and visually inspiring, designed to let users experience the essence of Norrlands trä’s products. A clear structure and immersive 3D environments highlight both quality and feeling, making it easy to explore the full range.
What was once a complex decision – choosing between wood types, dimensions, and profiles – has been translated into a smooth, guided flow. Each step supports the user in making informed choices, without friction.
